一、簡介Brief Introduction
Q110型起動電機(jī)性能試驗臺是依照行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計的由工控機(jī)控制的高檔全自動測試系統(tǒng)，其電機(jī)安裝采用氣動夾緊設(shè)計，測試結(jié)果可判定、存儲和打印并配備模擬電源。該試驗臺既符合試驗室高精度測量的要求，又能滿足生產(chǎn)車間快速測試的需要，特別設(shè)計了耐久試驗界面，可以通過設(shè)定運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時間和測試次數(shù)等參數(shù)進(jìn)行耐久性測試。
Q110 Model Starting Motor Performance Test Bench is an advancedfully automatic test system controlled by industrial control computer, which isdesigned according to the trade standard. The motor mounting adopts thepneumatic clamping design. It can judge, store, and print the test resultswhile simulative power source is also equipped.
The test bench can meet not only the requirements for high precisionmeasurement in laboratory but also the demand of quick test in workshop. It hasa specially designed durability test interface in which durability test can becarried out by setting parameters like duration of runs and the number oftests.
